The location of the hotel is great, it's within walking distance of many tourist attractions, including the Opera House, and it's just off the city centre. Additionally, the breakfast provided a superb selection of food, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, the room facilities were clean and cozy.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location of the hotel was great, only a few minutes’ walk from the opera house and in the heart of the city. The room was nicely decorated and bigger than expected. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine and fresh fruits we found in the room when we arrived.
We were disappointed with our experience at this hotel during the Christmas period. The reception was in a separate building, which was difficult to find, and not enough staff members were available to help us carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. Additionally, the noise from the busy road outside made for a restless night’s sleep, and the noisy heating system offered us the option of either shutting the windows and enduring the noise or opening them and enduring the stuffy atmosphere.

This hotel is located in a convenient area near many popular sights, such as the Opera House and tourist attractions within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and clean with excellent service. Fresh fruit and wine are provided in the room upon arrival. the breakfast has a good selection of food, but you may need to walk to the sister hotel for dining. the bathrooms are clean, with some even equipped with bathtubs for luxury. Some rooms offer superb views, like the ones located just off the city centre.
The hotel suffers from some level of noise disturbances, such as road noise from outside, which may disturb light sleepers at night.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with multiple train stations just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with free public transport tickets for our entire stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
Families will definitely enjoy their stay here too.

Nice decor and comfy bed. the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. the location was great and just near some great eateries. We also received a complimentary transport card which was a bonus.
The hotel was not transparent beforehand that check-in and breakfast would take place at the sister hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. the Wi-Fi had poor signal strength and was slow.
